How to search and access our collections.

Visit Request 到訪申請

  1. Click Request a Visit at the Research Centre website to make an appointment.

在研究中心網站點擊到訪申請進行預約。

  1. For First-time visitors, please choose first-time visit. List the item you would like to view during the visit. Please be kindly reminded that your appointment would not be confirmed before you submit the list of items that you would like to request. You can refer to the below guides to check how to search for the reference number for Research Centre collections:

初代來訪請選擇首次登記，並列出你希望閱覽的藏品參考編號。在收到來訪者希望閱覽的藏品參考編號前，預約將無法確認。請參考以下指南，查看如何搜索研究中心館藏的參考編號：

  1. If your country does not have a ZIP or Postal Code, please use input 000000 as a code.

如所在國家沒有郵區編號，請輸入000000。

  1. After you submit the request, you will receive an auto-email from our system. Kindly be reminded that this email is not a confirmation email for your visit. The research centre staff will contact you by email to confirm the detail of the visit as soon as possible.

提交申請後，你會收到由系統發出的自動回覆電郵。請注意這並不代表成功預約。在收到申請後，研究中心職員會盡快處理及聯絡申請者確認相關細節。

  1. For non-first time visitors, please choose return visit. List the item you would like to view during the visit. Please be kindly reminded that your appointment would not be confirmed before you submit the list of items that you would like to request. You can refer to the below guides to check how to search for the reference number for Research Centre collections:

回訪者請選擇已登記，並列出你希望閱覽的藏品參考編號。在收到來訪者希望閱覽的藏品參考編號前，預約將無法確認。請參考以下指南，查看如何搜索研究中心館藏的參考編號：

  1. Please use the email address which has been registered in the first visit.

請輸入第一次來訪時所登記的電郵地址。

  1. Please input your Research Centre User Card Number that was issued in the first visit. It is a number that starts with RC.

請輸入第一次來訪時所發放的研究中心使用證號碼。這是一組以RC開頭的號碼。

  1. After you submit the request, you will receive an auto-email from our system. Kindly be reminded that this email is not a confirmation email for your visit. The research centre staff will contact you by email to confirm the detail of the visit as soon as possible.
