Visionary architecture is sometimes referred as paper architecture or an unbuilt project because their creations exist solely as drawings, collages, or models. Certain designs or ideas may remain unrealised, halted at the stages of competitions or submissions. For other modern architects, their concepts serve as expressions of innovative ideas rather than projects intended for actual implementation.
